Despite the fact that humans are a species of primates, we continuously seperate ourselves from the animal kingdom. Human Animal is an examination of this abyss and offers a closer look at our ambivalent relationship with animals.

Theoretical arguments by philosphers such as Precht, Singer, Regan, Cohen, Wolf and Brody provide the skeleton, carrying observations of society as well as personal reflection.
